Introduction

Welcome to Meghdoot Mobile Application (“Meghdoot”, “App”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). The Meghdoot App is a digital platform designed to provide agriculture-related information, advisory services, marketplace access, and program-based services for farmers, FPOs, SHGs, CHCs, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Meghdoot App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this App.
• If using the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

User Registration & Account Responsibility

• OTP-based mobile verification is mandatory.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must inform Meghdoot immediately in case of unauthorized use.
• Meghdoot is not liable for losses caused by user negligence.

• Agricultural advisory and information
• Weather, crop, pest & disease guidance
• Marketplace for inputs, machinery, and services
• Service bookings (soil testing, machinery, training, etc.)
• Government / CSR / NGO program support
• Notifications, alerts, and digital records

Note: Meghdoot is a facilitation platform and does not guarantee farming outcomes, prices, or income.

Advisory Disclaimer

All advice is for general guidance only. Meghdoot shall not be responsible for crop loss, financial loss, or damages resulting from reliance on provided information.

Marketplace & Third-Party Services

Meghdoot only facilitates connections. Transactions, delivery, pricing, warranties, and disputes are primarily between buyers and sellers. Meghdoot is not responsible unless required by law.

User Obligations

• No false or misleading information
• No unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity
• No malware or system abuse
• No impersonation or misuse of intellectual property

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, logos, and design elements belong to Meghdoot. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

Data is handled according to Meghdoot’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Suspension & Termination

Meghdoot may suspend or terminate accounts/services without prior notice in case of violations, misuse, or legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Meghdoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including network or device failures.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Meghdoot against claims arising from misuse, violations, or unlawful activities.

Modifications to Terms

Meghdoot may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with Indian courts.
